Once upon a time in Yucaipa there was a quaint yellow house with 2 wonderful bedrooms and 2 updated baths. A great family lived there with a new baby however it was time for them to move on and have a new family live and love this amazing house. So the owners went through the house and fixed all the little things they could find that they thought needed fixing. They upgraded to dual pane windows & changed the air filter in the A/C unit which keeps the house frosty cold with the help of heavily insulated walls. They painted outside including the 2 car garage & did interior touch up. They added copper plumbing. They did not do too much to the area off the garage that actually could be a 3rd bedroom or a home office because they figured someone would want to add their own touches. They trimmed their bushes & trees in the front of the house so the house could smile at everyone that came to visit it & they mowed their enormous, 2 lot, fully fenced yard & picked all the ripe fruit off their lemon and apricot trees. They realized they will miss all the extra front & rear drive way parking big enough for an RV but again they know it's time for their new journey & time for this great house to have a new owner to love it & create their own memories so they called their real estate agent & put the lovely home on the market for sale.
