I've done a few real-estate deals in my day and by far Kellie Ballum has been the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very helpful and available. She was well-informed about all the homes we looked at and was able to quickly find something we were interested in based on our likes and dislikes. Her availability and willingness to help was what put her over the top. Living a few hours away from our new home, it was hard to always be there in a timely manner and Kellie always accommodated. Communication was seamless, getting texts and emails when I least expected them. She was not the first realtor I tried using in Big Bear, but she will be the only one I would recommend.
